eXtreme Power Supply Calculator Update.

The following changes were made:

- Added Blu-Ray Internal Drive
- Added TEC Coolers
- Added 140mm LED fan
- Added 250mm Regular fan
- Updated PCI Express Additional Crads values
- Updated PCI Add On Card value
- Updated Print page with the above changes

Stay tuned: New Beta version of the eXtreme Power Supply Calculator is under testing, which contains Amperes per +3.3v, +5v and +12v rails!
